On the 4th, 5th and 6th August, Dialogue representatives will be holding three sampling sessions at the world famous store Selfridges on behalf of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium as part of their summer 2014 ‘Meet the Makers’ campaign.
Between the 4th – 10th August, Selfridges legendary food hall hosts ‘Meet the Cheese-makers’ – a true journey through countries and ages that will satisfy any cheese cravings. Parmigiano Reggiano will be chunked into bite-size pieces in all three sessions, giving customers a chance to taste the semi-fat cheese and learn about the fascinating production that goes on for months prior. The 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano goes perfectly with nuts and dried fruits as well as classic Italian pasta dishes, either grated or in shavings.
‘Meet the Makers’ is running from 30th June – 1st September and is celebrating the finest global foodie artisans with interactive food and drink experiences with something for everyone to enjoy.
